INJURY LIST REACHES CRISIS POINT AT PALMY

The injury list is mounting at Palmy and according to my sources the following players are now injured either short or long term; Donald,O'Connor,Allan, Goram,Thomson,Paton and Weatherson. For a part-time club with a small pool of players this is a big burden to carry. JC may have no alternative but to dip into the QOS youth pool. The point is there any one there who is ready to step up ? Willie Gibson immediately springs to mind and we all remember his debut the season before last. JC is also moaning that the Palmy crowd are not getting behind the team and I tend to agree with him. The support from the numpties in the West Sound is nothing short of disgraceful but the terracing was also quieter than usual. If our injury list does not clear up soon then we are in danger of ending up bottom of the league AND losing the Challenge Cup Final.
