Left sided defender Sandy Hodge has signed a one year deal with Queens after a three year spell with local rivals Stranraer. Hodge was a popular player with Queens and surprisingly signed for Stranraer at the tail end of 2000. Hodge,affectionately known as
IGOR to the fans is a big strong attacking left-sided defender whose defensive qualities in my opinion are somewhat suspect but JC no doubt has faith in him. His link up with Mc Alpine on the left should be an interesting prospect in the coming season.
