| O'CONNOR-WILL HE LEAVE PALMY? |

A dour struggle is expected at Palmy on Saturday as Queens line up against a Brechin City team doomed for the 2nd Divison. In theory they can still stay up and will be going all out for three points but if Queens have their shooting boots on there could be a few goals for the home team with hopefully Jaconelli getting his first goals for the club. Meanwhile there is a lot of speculation in the press as to the future of striker Sean O'Connor. Queens apparantly are less than happy about the distance he has to travel for training and discussions are on going as to his future. I have a feeling that Queens would be happy to let him go to an English club but so far there has been little interest. Queens will of course be looking for money for him which may be the stumbling block. There was some other news from Palmy that Gary Wood has now got apppendicitis and will be out for the remainder of the season.
