Queen of the South continued their march towards the Irn-Bru Scottish Second Division league title with a 3-2 win at relegation-threatened East Fife.
Gavin Reilly put the Doonhammers ahead after 15 minutes with a clinical finish after good work from Ryan McGuffie.
Allan Johnston's men were pegged back in the 64th minute when Paul McManus ran on to David Muir's long ball before slotting the ball past Lee Robinson.
The hosts were level for just two minutes however as Paul Burns set up Nicholas Clark to put his side back into the lead with a left-footed strike.
Christopher Mitchell's inswinging corner gave Mark Durnan the chance to double the visitors' advantage just three minutes later and the 20-year-old made no mistake with a close-range header.
Liam Gormley earned the Fifers a late consolation with a neat finish four minutes before the end but it was not enough to prevent a fourth consecutive defeat.
Queens looked quite comfortable for most of the game but missed a hatful of chances and defensive lapses allowed the home side back into the game. To be quite honest the scoreline flattered the Methil side who now have a real relegation battle on their hands.
On the other hand Queens have the title in their grasp.
