Queen of the South remain top after goalless draw against 10-man Hibernian
Unbeaten Queen of the South remain top of the Ladbrokes Championship after being held to a goalless draw by 10-man Hibernian.
Doonhamers midfielder Dale Hilson went through on goal early on but his effort was blocked by Hibs goalkeeper Ofir Marciano.
Hibs defender Lewis Stevenson, who was booked for a foul on Jamie Hamill four minutes before the break, was dismissed 10 minutes after the restart when he picked up a second yellow for pulling back Hilson.
Hilson and substitute Grant Anderson were both denied by keeper Marciano as the hosts searched for a winner against their second-placed opponents, while John McGinn and Fraser Fyvie came close to snatching all three points for Neil Lennon's men.
