Dunfermline underlined their title credentials with a 6-1 hammering of Queen of the South in a game that saw both teams have a man dismissed.
Martin Hardie headed the hosts in front after 32 minutes before team-mate Kevin Rutkiewicz saw red for hauling down Ryan McGuffie just before the interval.
That mattered little as David Graham doubled their advantage six minutes later, but Queens threatened a comeback when Robert Harris curled home a free-kick.
Any hopes of that were soon dashed, though, as Chris Higgins capitalised on poor defending to head in for 3-1 after 65 minutes.
The Pars were further ahead four minutes later when Graham netted his second of the afternoon from a Joe Cardle cross before Stephen McKenna picked up his second booking in the 75th minute.
Andy Kirk made it 5-1 from close range 60 seconds later, and Pat Clarke added the sixth eight minutes from time with a well-struck shot from inside the area.
