Blue Brazil Snatch A Point

Queens were denied victory as the Fifers grab a vital point with a last gasp equaliser at Central Park

The Doonhamers went in front with a close-range David Weatherston effort from a Willie McLaren corner after 17 minutes.

However the Blue Brazil got themselves back on level terms before half time.

On-loan Rangers youngster Archie Campbell notched his second goal from the penalty spot for the Fife club after Bob Harris had fouled Kenny Adamson.

A Colin McMenamin header then looked to have won it for Kenny Brannigan's fourth-placed side with just six minutes left.

But Jimmy Nicholl's men showed great resilience to hit back nearly two minutes into injury time.

Substitute Greg Stewart, who had only been on the park for a few minutes touched in from six yards to grab a precious point for the Fifers which they more than deserved.
