MCLAUGHLAN AVAILABLE FOR QUEENS CLASH WITH THE BAIRNS

MCLAUGHLAN-RETURNS FOR QUEENS

Queens will have Brian McLaughlan available for Saturday's clash with league leaders Falkirk at Palmerston. The Bairns slipped up against Ayr during the week and will be out to make amends against Queens. Tomorrows game should be a cracking contest and Queens have every chance of creating an upset. Sooner or later their luck will change in front of goal and what better time than tomorrow. Weatherson went very close on several ocassions against Clyde on Tuesday evening and could easily have had a hatrick. Derek Allan made a welcome return to the side at right-back and had a fine match in our defence which gave very little away against the Bully Wee. The only worry I have personally is Scott in goal who seems suspect on the high ball. Hopefully he will have worked on this during the week in training. I have a sneaking feeling that Queens may strike it rich against the Bairns with Weatherson amongst the goals. We must put our chances away as the Bairns like Clyde will finsih the stronger team due to their full-time training.
