REID HOPES TO
BACK FOR BUDDIES CLASH
Another tense day is guaranteed at Palmy tomorrow as Queens scrap for three points against St Mirren. Another three ponts in the coffers would do nicely and put more fresh air between us and our rivals. It will be a dour struggle and don't expect fancy football on a pitch that is going to be very heavy. Queens hope to welcome back Brian Reid after his long injury but Gary Wood is still having problems with his kneck. Queens should be up for this one with the news that Lyle,Bowey and Paton have shown their commitment to the club. With Lyle and new boy Williams leading the line I take Queens for a narrow win but it will be close.
