DON'T BE LATE THOMO - WE NEED YOU

If I was Scotty I would lay on a car with a Police escort to make sure Jim Thomson gets to Palmy on time for the kick-off against

late fitness test
Brechin City on Saturday because we need the big man to shore up this Queens defence which has leaked two goals in the opening minutes on consecutive games. Thomson got stuck in traffic en route to Forthbank and didn't make the kick-off against Stirling Albion with Queens going down to a shock defeat. Some fans argue if the big man had been on the field things would have been different. Brian Reid will have a fitness test prior to the game and it would be a boost for Queens if he makes it. John O'neill may also make it along with Bowey who came through the Stirling game unscathed. I would imagine Brechin will come here to put up the shutters so it's vital we put away any chances which come our way and that means doing a whole lot better than Wednesday evening when we sqandered a barrowload of openings. We must get behind the team, be patient and I'm sure we will get the win to kick start our season..
