Former Livi striker Iain Russell eager to put one over his former club as he lines up in Queen's colours at Almondvale on Saturday
As the Doonhamers return to the scene of their recent triumph against Partick Thistle they will face a Livingston team obviously smarting from their reverse against Alloa last week.
Russell has had a phenomenal start to his career with Queens and scored a beauty last week as the Doonhamers demolished Dundee at Palmy.
There were defensive lapses in the match which Queen's manager McIntyre will wish to rectify and will have been worked on during training this week.
Queens will be without the injured Young but Carmichael is now fully fit and raring to go. It will also be back to the natural turf for Queens and this may be a deciding factor. Livi will also be keen to bounce back after the Alloa defeat so it will be a testing 90 minutes for Queens.
The Doonhamers however have enough class in the side to gain at least a draw in what should be a close match.
