The match was stopped after floodlight failure with the scores at 1-1 in February and this time County led 2-0 when main stand lights failed.
"To be hit with the same thing twice, I think the SFA need to look into this," the County director of football said.
County are in a relegation dogfight with Cowdenbeath in Division One.
A win would have taken Jimmy Calderwood's side four points clear of former assistant Jimmy Nicholl's Cowdenbeath, who occupy the relegation play-off spot.
Jonathan Flynn opened the scoring after 25 minutes, with Andrew Barrowman adding the second three minutes before the break.

However, the match was stopped after 69 minutes, when the lights in the main stand at Palmerston Park failed and smoke began to flow from a generator.
To fix the fault, all power would have had to have been switched off, but the match commander was not prepared to plunge the stadium into darkness.
"The match commander has called it off down to safety," Adams told BBC Scotland.
"We've got to respect that and we would always go with the advice of the police."
However, he thought that the Scottish Football Association would have to investigate.
"We have spoken to some of the officials at Queen of the South and they are as embarrassed as anyone, but that does not help our plight," said the director of football.
"We've come down here, played very, very well tonight, but the game has to be replayed.
"We are not best pleased, but it is one of these things that happen and we'll just need to get on with it and perform the same way as we did tonight in the return game.
"There's so much at stake. That's the disappointing thing more than anything.
"We came down prepared properly and, for that to happen, it is really disappointing."
Queens secretary Eric Moffat was sympathetic to County's frustrations and reckoned it was a problem with electrical fuses.
"It is very unfortunate for any club but particularly Ross County, who have the furthest of any of the clubs to travel," he said.
"We are just going to have to wait until the league re-arranges the fixture.
"We have had a number of midweek games since the lights failed the last time and they worked perfectly well.
"At this time, we have no explanation as to why they failed. It appears to be a similar problem.
"We've taken every step possible, we thought, to prevent a repeat of what happened back in February and we will investigate tomorrow."
County dominated the first half, with Flynn pouncing on an Iain Vigurs corner to head home from close range, then Barrowman headed in after a Vigurs attempt came off the crossbar.
The visitors almost extended their lead when Steven Milne shot against the bar after 57 minutes, after which Queens threatened a comeback until the game was cut short.
