Queens were obviously disappointed after their Home defeat by league leaders Raith Rovers and their Manager Kenny Brannigan was in no mood to face the press afterwards, leaving his goalkeeping coach Peter Latchford to face the music.
He said: "It was a below average performance. We only have 11 players and it is starting to tell - especially with two games a week and a cup final coming up."
The strain is beginning to tell on Queen's depleted squad and the Doonhamers could now become involved in a relegation play-off dogfight unless points can be salvaged at Partick tomorrow night and Dundee on Saturday.
