Homer Blow For Queens

It has been reported on Radio Solway this morning that Queens Derek Holmes will be out for two weeks with a groin injury sustained at Cappielow on Saturday during Queens 2-0 defeat to Morton.

This is a huge blow to Queens in losing the influential target man who will miss this Saturday's match at Palmerston when Queens face Falkirk.

Holmes has been a regular in the Queens team of late and normally manages to stay clear of injury.
