Queen of the South's Ryan McGuffie fined over fight ...
reports the BBC
The 32-year-old admitted conducting himself in a disorderly manner, struggling and fighting with another man.
At Annan Justice of the Peace Court he pled guilty to committing a breach of the peace in August 2011.
He also admitted failing to appear at a preliminary hearing of the case last July.
McGuffie, who previously played for Queen's Park, Annan Athletic, Newcastle United, Gretna and Morton, switched to Queens after leaving the Greenock outfit in 2010.
He has made 21 appearances this season as the Dumfries-based Doonhamers have established a 19-point lead over Alloa Athletic at the top of Scottish League Division Two to become strong favourites to win the title and promotion.
