KENNY BRANNIGAN REACKONS QUEENS ARE HEADING FOR THE SECOND DIVISION
This departing broadside comes after the Doonhamers boss was told last weeki his contract would not be renewed.
He told the Dumfries and Galloway Standard: "I really see the club heading for the second Division. They are so far behind it's unreal and I see them getting relegated if they don't move quickly".
"Pre-season training starts in a month and they don't have a team or a manager in place for the new season. It could be a total disaster."
Brannigan also claims the club will lose the training deal he helped to set up at Glasgow Green and will struggle to attract players from the central belt if sessions return to Dumfries.
Brannigan added "It's the fans I feel sorry for - they have been absolutely brilliant with me"
Meanwhile Willie McLaren who was freed by Queens has joined relegated Hamilton Accies.
