In terms of individuals, Kenny Brannigan is still eager to strengthen Queens personnel.
He has taken several trialists on loan, two of whom featured against Dungannon at the weekend.
Kenny revealed: "The young left-back we had on Sunday I saw enough of in forty-five minutes and won't be following that up.
"The other player has great ability and has done brilliantly. I would love to have him."
Brannigan still has room for three permanent signings in his 16-man first-team quota.
"I've had hundreds of players offered to me but they're just not good enough," he said.
"I would look at bringing in players on loan but that really is a last resort."
There is speculation amongst the fans that Brannigan has two strikers lined up but no names available just yet.
