On current form yes and as the Palmy faithful head for Alloa this Saturday they know their manager is under some pressure to deliver. We are heading for a relegation dogfight involving Dumbarton,Livingston,Alloa,Morton and St Mirren with Raith Rovers not far off the mix.
There has been much scrutiny and speculation as to what has gone wrong at Palmerston and this was highlighted by the crushing home defeat by Livingston on Saturday.
Queen's manager Fowler coaching and training methods have been brought into question which has led to a firm response by him on the Queen's Official Website.
To be fair he has been hit by injuries with Andy Dowie,Darren Brownlie,Calum Tapping,Dave Hilson and Mark Millar all presently sidelined but the fans are not happy with the performances of late.
They will receive little sympathy from an Alloa who are a tough nut to crack at the old Recreation ground.
Anything short of a resounding victory for Queens will cast further gloom over Palmerston as a distinct lack of interest will resume resulting in a continuing dwindling of support.
